I feel so much better about the grandkids playing on the floor. We bought a house that had not been cared for. The carpets were good quality but were filthy and badly stained. There were black stains, brown stains, greasy stains, red stains, gum and offensive odors, including dog urine. We had another company who was certified and had a truck-mounted system come clean the carpets. However, the cleaner spent less than an hour on a two-story house.
